Peterman Brothers' Plumbing Top Tech Academy offers a paid, full-time path from day one to learn skilled plumbing.

You'll be hired as a full-time employee from day one, earn $17 per hour during training, and graduate into a career with the company. Schedule is Monday–Friday, business hours in Greenwood, IN.

No plumbing experience? No problem. Peterman Brothers' Plumbing Top Tech Academy is designed for motivated people who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in plumbing. You'll be hired as a full-time employee from day one, earn hourly pay while you learn, and receive hands-on training that prepares you for real work in customers' homes. This isn't just classroom training. You'll learn real-life plumbing skills through hands-on practice and field experience, working alongside experienced professionals and learning how to diagnose problems, perform basic plumbing and drain work, and deliver the 5-star service Peterman Brothers is known for.

After successfully graduating from the academy, you'll move directly into a career with Peterman Brothers.
