Job summary

Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing Services is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice in Illinois. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced plumbers who teach you the trade the right way, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

No experience is required initially, and we’ll build you up through hands-on training, with opportunities to move into Lead Tech, Installer, or Manager roles as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A positive, team-first mindset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
• Learn tools, diagnostics, and proper installation techniques.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Communicate with customers and team members clearly and respectfully.
• Attend training sessions to sharpen skills and advance knowledge.
