Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with plumbing design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
• Knowledge of UPC, IPC, NFPA codes.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools for design and calculations.
• EIT/PE licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations, layouts, and specifications for water supply, drainage, venting, and fire protection systems.
• Review construction documents and respond to RFIs.
• Support permit submittals and provide technical support during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver cost-effective, energy-efficient building services.
