This opportunity involves providing technical assistance and guidance in the design, development, construction, testing, and inspection of plumbing systems for infrastructure and building projects in both public and private sectors. Responsibilities include research, design, planning, installation, operation, maintenance, and integration of plumbing, fire suppression, and fluid systems. You will generate reports and ensure compliance with industry standards for safety, quality, and functionality.

Your Impact
  1. Analyze data from sites, blueprints, and reports for project development and design.
  2. Perform engineering work, conduct inspections, and ensure systems conform to regulations and standards.
  3. Incorporate advanced technology and modeling techniques into design solutions.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects, including layout, cost estimation, and compliance.
  5. Prepare data visualizations, reports, and technical drawings for presentations and analysis.
  6. Maintain quality control and assist in project scope development.
  7. Contribute to technical reports and research to address design and construction issues.
  8. Conduct site surveys and engineering studies for future planning.
  9. Assist in data analysis and develop risk mitigation plans.
  10. Help develop and implement health and safety plans.
  11. Work with various stakeholders on funded infrastructure projects.
  12. Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
  13. Perform other duties as required.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including plumbing and mechanical design.
  • Engineer in Training Certification.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, design practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with project planning, design, and construction management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency with technical software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Commitment to safety and ethical standards.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Professional Licensure/Certification.
  • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
Compensation and Benefits

WSP offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans. Salary range: $79,600 - $113,000.
