• Create detailed plumbing system drawings.
• Explain design intent on AutoCAD drawings.
• Work with teams and independently as well.
• Communicate design issues with the project manager and client representatives.

Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworkingPlumbingDetailer. Candidate must be efficient with AutoCAD, Revit and have over 5+ years’ experience.

• Coordinate with Foreman on Change-orders and make Plumbing Detail changes.
• Create detailed plumbing system drawings.
• Explain design-intent on AutoCAD drawings.
• Work with teams and independently as well.
• Communicate design issues and problems with the project manager and the client’s representatives as needed.
• Required to know AutoCAD.
• Journeyman level knowledge of plumbing systems preferred.
• Must know AutoCAD
• Knowledge of specs, submittals, and RFI’s is preferred.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Plumbing Code is preferred.
• Local to the Orange County
