Responsibilities

• Coordinate design aspects with other disciplines and BIM staff.
• Provide schematic design info such as preliminary calculations and equipment sizing.
• Perform calculations using engineering formulas and software for design.
• Research and select equipment; fill out schedules and prepare cut sheets.
• Prepare drawings and sketches for final construction documents.
• Incorporate design concepts from schematic design into development.
• Organize and maintain project files and ensure neat work area.
• Keep Project Manager informed of workload and scope changes.
• Edit specifications and assist in development of drawings.
