Fathom Plumbing Solutions is seeking a part-time Plumbing Customer Service Rep to join our Ann Arbor office. You will handle inbound calls, schedule two-week look-ahead plans, dispatch technicians, and enter job details in ServiceTitan while keeping notes up to date.

You'll support customers and our field team, coordinate estimates and invoices in QuickBooks, and track key metrics. A friendly, organized team player with strong communication will fit well here.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and web inquiries, capture job details, and provide information about services to customers
• Coordinate a two-week forward-looking schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and expertise
• Enter jobs and maintain detailed notes within ServiceTitan
• Follow up on estimates, assist with invoices and QuickBooks coordination
• Track key operational metrics and support both customers and the field team

Fathom Plumbing Solutions is seeking a dedicated part-time Plumbing Customer Service Rep to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. This in-office, part-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $28, depending on experience and skills.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

This is a part-time role, with shifts scheduled during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. All work is performed in our Ann Arbor, MI office.

In this position, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and web inquiries, capturing job details accurately, and providing information about our services to customers. You will coordinate a two-week forward-looking schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and expertise. Daily tasks include communicating schedule changes to the field team, entering jobs and maintaining detailed notes within ServiceTitan, following up on estimates, assisting with invoices and QuickBooks coordination, and tracking key operational metrics. You will play an essential role in supporting both our customers and our field team.

• Familiarity with membership/maintenance agreement sales
• Comfortable handling inbound call volume without relying on a script
