Nicklas Supply Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting plumbing products in person and over the phone. You will process orders, answer questions, and promote products in a fast-paced counter environment.

This in-person, full-time role operates Monday–Friday with opportunities to grow product knowledge and build lasting customer relationships at Nicklas Supply’s location in Latrobe, PA. Prior sales experience is a plus; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Basic math and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in person and over the phone.
• Help customers identify and select plumbing products; suggest additional or alternative products when appropriate.
• Enter and process orders and payments accurately.
• Promote products, specials, and promotions; follow up on special requests.
• Maintain clean, organized counter and display areas; work with coworkers to meet goals.
