Qualifications

• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and expedite orders as needed.
• Provide detailed product information, suggest alternatives, and offer technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor reflecting Plumbers Supply Co standards.
