Job summary

IES Residential is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to oversee plumbing operations on construction sites in the San Antonio area. The role requires leading field personnel, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in plumbing construction management or field operations, strong blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum plumbing experience in construction management or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, equipment, installation practices, and codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plumbing construction and field operations on sites.
• Manage plumbing field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and activities for project success.
• Review plans, schedules, and requirements to ensure compliance and timely completion.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality across all construction phases.
