Job summary

Dutton Plumbing, Cooling & Heating is hiring for a high-commission sales role in the Los Angeles area. You will educate customers on how to improve home health, safety, and comfort, conduct consultations, and work closely with the sales team to close deals.

The role emphasizes B2C sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong communication skills. Training, a supportive team, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50%
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

Pay Transparency

The annual commission opportunity for this role ranges from$100k-$225k. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
