Job summary

Apex Service Partners is seeking a skilled HVAC service technician in Los Angeles to service residential HVAC systems. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of HVAC experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of various HVAC models. A company vehicle, gas card, and tablet are provided as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HVAC service technician.
• Residential HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
• Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.
• Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
• Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.

Physical Demands

• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to drive and sit for extended periods

Pay Transparency

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$100k to $200kannually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
