Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Miami location to lead plumbing service and installation teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure a superior customer experience. You will own branch performance, develop staff, and coordinate with HR on hiring and onboarding while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coach your team, manage scheduling and inventory, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to deliver consistent results and profitability

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing industry experience required.
• Leadership or management experience overseeing team and business performance.
• Ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong understanding of plumbing service operations and branch needs.
• Experience managing revenue, budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Able to analyze KPIs and turn data into action.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety requirements, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, organized branch environment and compliance with codes and regs.
• Drive branch revenue, profitability, and cost control.
