Job summary
Service Minds is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Miami location to lead people, operations, and profitability. You will own branch performance and develop a high-performing plumbing service and installation team.
Lead scheduling, safety, and compliance with codes while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Drive growth by monitoring KPIs and partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous plumbing industry experience is required.
- Proven leadership or management experience with accountability for team and business performance.
- Ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold employees to standards.
- Strong understanding of plumbing service operations, codes, safety requirements, and regulations.
- Experience managing revenue, budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop plumbing service and installation teams to meet branch goals.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and safety.
- Drive revenue and profitability by analyzing KPIs and implementing improvement plans.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring, onboarding, and development.
