Reece USA is seeking a motivated Plumbing Branch Associate in Charleston to learn branch operations and support sales, inventory, and customer service. You'll participate in a structured training path and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Branch Management to develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities include stock management, order fulfillment, and coordinating deliveries while building product knowledge and customer relationships for a superior experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service, warehouse operations, retail, or construction trades; plumbing/building supply is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training path to learn branch operations.
• Master ERP, inventory management, and quoting platforms to support daily operations.
• Assist with stock management, cycle counts, merchandising, and warehouse organization.
• Support order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and project scheduling for smooth customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve branch workflow as part of leadership development.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through responsive service.
• Develop product knowledge to help customers select plumbing solutions.
• Support counter sales activities, including processing transactions and answering questions.
• Help resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and accountability.
• Shadow branch managers and senior team members to learn leadership behaviors.
