Reece USA is seeking a motivated Plumbing Branch Associate to gain hands-on experience across branch operations while developing foundational leadership skills. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; related fields preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service, warehouse operations, retail, or construction trades; plumbing/building supply experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training path to learn branch operations: order entry, inventory control, receiving, deliveries, counter support, and customer service.
• Master key systems and tools—ERP, inventory management, quoting platforms—to support daily operations.
• Assist with stock management, cycle counts, merchandising, and warehouse organization.
• Support order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and project scheduling to provide smooth customer experiences.
• Shadow leadership, participate in workshops, and support team communication and safety.
