The role involves building a modern curriculum, coordinating with HR, Safety, and Operations, and driving field-coaching and assessments across our Ohio sites. Salary ranges reflect 90k–115k per year with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred; 5+ years in plumbing.
• 1-2 years in supervisory/mentoring role with apprentices or new hires.
• Deep knowledge of plumbing/drain systems and Ohio codes.
• Experience developing or managing training programs or apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Haven Services Apprenticeship Program to ensure compliance and milestones.
• Develop a cutting-edge training curriculum blending classroom, field work, and certifications.
• Track apprentice progress and align hours with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations for program compliance and reporting.
• Enhance outcomes by incorporating feedback from apprentices and leadership.
• Build relationships with trade schools and organizations to expand recruitment and funding.
