Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking an Apprentice Plumber. The role offers paid training, including an initial 8 weeks, with guidance through the plumber licensing process to help you advance.

First-year earnings range from $65,000 to $85,000, with pay increases as experience grows. You’ll diagnose issues, provide cost estimates, perform repairs, document work, and collect payments on each service call.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues on a service call and offer cost estimates to finalize the transaction.
• Make the necessary repairs for the customer.
• Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
• Provide effective plumbing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
