Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide plumbing and drain issue solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose issues on service calls and offer cost estimates to close the sale.
• Make necessary repairs for customers.
• Document estimates and invoices, on paper and via provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and proceed to the next service call.
