First-year pay averages around $55,000, with increases as you gain experience; we provide a 12-week paid training program, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to professional licensing.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable; no prior plumbing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Roto-Rooter apprentices/service technicians diagnose plumbing and drain issues and provide effective solutions.
• They diagnose issues on service calls and provide cost estimates to close the transaction.
• Perform repairs for customers as needed.
• Document estimates and invoices, written and on a smartphone.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
