We offer 12 weeks of paid training, classroom and on-the-job learning, and guidance through the plumber licensing process. First-year pay averages $55,000 with potential increases as experience grows, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Mechanical aptitude desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions for plumbing and drain issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose issues on a service call and offer cost estimates to finalize the transaction.
• Make necessary repairs for customers.
• Document estimates and invoices, written and on a provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
