Skills and Abilities: Technical Skills – Plumbing Must be able to meet productivity standards in a timely manner. Must be observant of safety and security procedures and be able to determine appropriate action beyond guidelines. Ability to use equipment and materials appropriately is required. Must be able to follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions. Must be able to keep commitments which can include long hours of work when necessary to reach goals. Should complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with an alternate plan.
