Rescue Rooter is looking for a results-oriented in-home sales professional to quote water heater replacements (gas, electric, or tankless) and present options with clear pricing. You will work with homeowners and leverage warm leads provided by ARS, with company-supported training and growth opportunities.

This full-time role offers uncapped commission with a take-home vehicle, insurance options after 31 days, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing knowledge, especially water heaters.
• In-home sales or one-call-close experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication, consultative sales skills, and product presentation ability.
