ARS-Rescue Rooter in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Plumbing Install Mechanic to install residential and light commercial plumbing systems, focusing on water heaters (tank and tankless). You will work in customer homes, follow codes, and complete jobs safely while building strong relationships.

You will navigate attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and tight spaces, lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and use hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience installing gas/electric water heaters.
• Tankless water heater experience preferred.
• General plumbing skills and code familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

The Plumbing Install Mechanic is responsible for installing residential and light commercial plumbing systems—primarily water heaters (standard and tankless). Occasional maintenance and troubleshooting may also be required. You’ll use your technical skills and code knowledge to complete jobs safely and efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships.
