ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an in-home water heater sales specialist in Texas to meet homeowners, present options for gas, electric, or tankless replacements, and provide transparent pricing. This full-time role requires weekend availability and includes a take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and tablet.

You will work with warm leads and benefit from an uncapped commission, insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, a 401(k) match, and 13 PTO days plus paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing knowledge, especially water heaters.
• In-home sales or one-call-close experience preferred.
• Familiar with gas, electric, and tankless water heater solutions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication, consultative sales skills, and product presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess and quote water heater replacements—gas, electric, or tankless.
• Present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
• All appointments are set by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries.
