Stemmle Plumbing Repair Inc in Midlothian, VA is hiring a Plumber's Apprentice/Helper to support licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial systems. This hands-on entry point requires dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

You will assist with rough-ins, fixture installs, pipe repairs, and learn to measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior construction, mechanical, or plumbing experience a plus.
• Physically capable of demanding tasks (lifting 25–50 lbs, bending, crawling).
• Valid driverbsd license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
• Strong work ethic, dependability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rough-ins, fixture installs, and pipe repairs
• Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes and fittings
• Excavate and lay water/sewer lines under supervision
• Stage and transport tools, parts, and equipment to job sites
• Keep work areas, vehicles, and tools clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly

We're looking for a motivated Plumber's Apprentice/Helper to join our team!
