Qualifications
- At least 1 year as Plumber 2 or 3 years as Plumber 1 per Commonwealth job titles or equivalent.
- Six years of experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures.
- Equivalent combination including three years of independent installation/repair in commercial, industrial, or multi-unit residential structures.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily work of Plumbers and other trades staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Evaluate routine and specialized installation, repair, and maintenance work orders.
- Ensure plumbing systems meet codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve difficult repair issues with unclear schematics.
- Collaborate with other trades supervisors and management for renovation projects.
- Develop plumbing project plans including cost estimates, materials, labor, and timelines.
