Qualifications

• One year as a Plumber 2 or three years as a Plumber 1, or six years in plumbing installation/repair in commercial/industrial/multi-unit residential settings.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training with independent plumbing installation/repair.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plumbing and pipefitting work, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Plan work orders and assign routine and specialized tasks to staff.
• Ensure plumbing systems meet codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex repair issues with incomplete schematics.
• Coordinate with other trades supervisors and management for renovations and construction.
• Develop plumbing project plans including cost estimates, materials, labor, and timelines.
