Qualifications

One year as Plumber 2 (Commonwealth or federal title).
Three years as Plumber 1 (Commonwealth or federal title).
Six years installing, repairing, maintaining plumbing in commercial/industrial/multi-unit buildings.
Equivalent experience plus three years independent plumbing installation/repair in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

Direct daily work of Plumbers and trades staff, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Evaluate routine and specialized installation, repair, and maintenance work orders.
Ensure plumbing systems meet codes and quality standards during installation and repair.
Troubleshoot and resolve difficult repair or replacement issues with unclear schematics.
Coordinate with other trades supervisors and management to support projects.
Develop plumbing project plans with cost estimates, materials, labor, and timelines.
