Job summary

National HVAC Service in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a skilled plumber for full-time work covering Fort Smith and Springdale. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, communicate clearly with customers, and keep thorough records.

The role requires a Journeyman license with 3+ years’ experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Benefits include PTO, healthcare, 401k, holidays, company vehicle, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license with 3+ years’ experience in plumbing.
• Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Valid driver’s license and computer literacy.
• Exellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to cover Northwest Arkansas (Fort Smith and Springdale).

Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair process piping systems, plumbing pipes and fixtures.
• Maintaining a high-quality standard of work
• Following all safety requirements.
• Keeping appropriate records and documentation utilizing company-provided cell phone.
• Available to work nights and weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willing to travel and cover Northwest area. Fort Smith and Springdale areas.
• Able to communicate with customers upon entering and after assessment or repairs are made.
