National HVAC Service in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a skilled plumbing technician for full-time work across Northwest Arkansas. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, communicate with customers, and uphold high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Journeyman license with 3+ years of plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Company vehicle and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair process piping systems, plumbing pipes and fixtures.
• Maintaining a high-quality standard of work.
• Following all safety requirements.
• Keeping appropriate records and documentation utilizing company-provided cell phone.
• Available to work nights and weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willing to travel and cover Northwest area. Fort Smith and Springdale areas.
• Able to communicate with customers upon entering and after assessment or repairs are made.

Requirements

• Journeyman license with 3+ years' experience in the Plumbing industry
• Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of all systems and assignments common to the trade
• Valid driver's license
• Computer literacy
• Excellent customer service skills
