Job summary

National HVAC Service, a Service Logic Company, is seeking a Journeyman plumber to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in the Northwest Arkansas region. The role involves on-site work, customer communication, and adherence to safety standards.

Candidates should have a journeyman license with 3+ years’ experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and documentation skills. Travel to Fort Smith and Springdale may be required; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license with 3+ years’ experience in the Plumbing industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Satisfactory completion of drug screening, motor vehicle report, background check.
• Willing to travel and cover Northwest area (Fort Smith and Springdale).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair process piping systems, plumbing pipes and fixtures.
• Maintaining a high-quality standard of work.
• Following all safety requirements.
• Keeping appropriate records and documentation utilizing company-provided cell phone.
• Available to work nights and weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willing to travel and cover Northwest area; Fort Smith and Springdale.
• Able to communicate with customers upon entering and after assessments or repairs are made.
