Job summary

Army National Guard is seeking a Plumber to work on water, steam, and waste pipe systems, reading drawings, planning layouts, and installing plumbing fixtures. You will train through Basic and Advanced Individual Training, earning a paycheck while developing essential skills.

As a Plumber, you will gain hands-on experience with hydraulics, pipe materials, and system inspections, with opportunities for supervisory duties as skills increase, and tuition assistance available.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Army National Guard enlistment.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Able to pass a physical exam and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heating systems, basic water supply, and water distribution systems.
• Read drawings, plans, and specifications to plan pipe layouts.
• Install and maintain pipe systems and plumbing fixtures.
