Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to join our team and take on a leadership role in pipe system installation and repair. In this position, you'll plan and oversee the layout and installation of plumbing systems, ensuring all work is completed according to specifications, local codes, and safety standards. You will provide guidance and training to field crew members, ensuring they follow best practices and regulatory requirements.

The Plumbing Journeyman installs and removes plumbing fixtures for new construction and renovation projects, interpreting blueprints and performing tasks like drilling, measuring, cutting, and welding. They also mentor and evaluate Apprentice Plumbers while ensuring high-quality service and responding to customer needs consistently.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years’ recent experience in plumbing field
• Possess (or be able to pass) city/county/state Journeyman certification test
• Completion of a state-sponsored Apprenticeship program preferred
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing practices and procedures
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required

Key Job Duties
