• Operate, maintain and repair campus water, sewer, storm drain, secondary water, and gas systems.

• Train and develop apprentice plumbers as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes and university policies.
• Cross-train with other utility teams for flexibility.
• Complete training and administrative requirements on schedule.
• Promote a safety-focused culture through example.
• Communicate professionally with University staff and students.
