Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of Journeyman's training and Kentucky Journeyman Plumbers license.
• Pre-employment physical exam and valid driver’s license insurable by University's insurer.

Responsabilidades

• Locate and mark underground water, sewer, and gas lines owned by the University for BUD locates and excavation work.
• Install plumbing systems and piping including sinks, toilets, water heaters, valves, and fixtures per campus requirements.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems and piping and ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements and codes.
• Test piping systems and fixtures for leaks and document materials used; review plans and codes to determine layouts.
• Keep daily reports/logs, order materials, and perform safety trainings; follow directives from Foreman Plumber.
