Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Plumber II to support mid-level commercial plumbing work under supervision. You will assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings, while building technical skills in a supportive team.

The role emphasizes the ability to perform pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and basic testing under supervision, with attention to safety and compliance on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant commercial plumbing or construction experience.
• Journeyman license preferred or ability to obtain one; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout, assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform mid-level tasks such as pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and basic system testing under supervision.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to support the team on job sites.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through general site clean-up.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Actively expand your knowledge of commercial plumbing applications, codes, and best practices.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
