Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Installs, repairs, and maintain the facility's water supply, wastewater, sewage, storm drainage, and medical gas piping networks.
  • Serves domestic water pumps, steam stations, heating and condensation systems, and water filtration equipment, while managing backflow and cross-connection prevention.
  • Conducts preventive maintenance, adheres to standard safety precautions using PPE, and tests critical fire protection systems including valves, pumps, and deluge systems.
  • Diagnoses system failures to determine repair or replacement needs and responds to after-hours emergency situations to resolve immediate safety hazards.
  • Coordinates with other trades, informs personnel of work order statuses to comply with building codes, and participates in meetings, training, and special projects.

  • License: Relevant license with 3 years’ experience
  • Education: Graduate of trade school
  • Work Experience: 5 years of related experience in lieu of license
