Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
• Anticipates and responds to customer needs
• Inspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep the facility functioning and serviceable
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
• Repairs and maintains plumbing, replacing defective washers, broken pipes, and unclogging drains
• Reports major maintenance needs and recommends corrective actions
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures
