Pay Range: $ 20 - $25 an hour base pay based upon experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:

As a Plumbing Helper, you’ll work side-by-side with licensed plumbers and crew leads, gaining real experience on active job sites:

• Assist in installing new pipe and fixtures
• Demo and remove old plumbing systems
• Move and organize tools, pipe, and fittings
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, safe job site
• Follow directions and safety protocols
• Grow your knowledge and skills every day

What We’re Looking For:

We want hard workers with a positive attitude and a desire to grow in the plumbing trade:

• 1–5 years of plumbing experience preferred
• A strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Your own set of basic hand tools
• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have reliable daily transportation to job sites

Travel Requirement:

This role is a part of the East Coast Division and is subject to travel requirements.
