** Virtual role- must be based on the East Coast **

Our Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:

  • Performing consultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent
  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues. Escalate as appropriate.
  • Work closely with Operations Director to manage day-to-day with TSCC team.
  • Represent Kelly on local and global projects (e.g., Supplier Summits, Client Facing Projects, Team/Supplier/Hiring Manager Trainings, MRAs, etc.)
  • Ensure all program SLAs (service level agreement) are met
  • 3-5 years recruiting, MSP/Vendor Management experience or staffing experience.
  • A strong understanding of vendor management tools. (Fieldglass preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers.
  • Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Strong presentation skills - both preparing decks and presenting internally, identifying trends/data story and present solutions/process improvements
  • Technology savvy, Google Suite, PowerBI, MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Position is Virtual- must be located on the East Coast and open to travel as needed.

Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
