This role supports installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, with a clear pathway to journeyman and master plumber positions as you progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculations.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Learn and follow local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Identify and address plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, or faulty components.
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes using tools such as saws, pipe cutters, and threading machines.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Shadow experienced plumbers to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Attend required training sessions or courses to progress in the apprenticeship program.
