Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Learn and apply plumbing fundamentals including water supply, drainage, venting, and fixture installation.
• Help install and service piping systems (copper, PVC, PEX, cast iron, and gas piping as applicable).
• Operate plumbing-specific tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, presses, drain machines, and test equipment under supervision.
• Assist with troubleshooting plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low pressure, and system failures.
• Learn to read plumbing blueprints, isometric drawings, and schematics.
• Support water heater installations, fixture replacements, and system upgrades.
• Perform pressure testing and system inspections to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas on job sites.
• Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
