Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled plumber to join our growing team on multifamily and commercial construction sites. Under the Plumbing Foreman, you will perform underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish installations, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance across large-scale projects.

A clear growth path exists toward Foreman or Manager roles as you contribute to our evolving builds. We value teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

  • Active Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
  • Three or more years of plumbing experience.
  • Knowledge of IPC and local codes; compliance with safety standards.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate with other trades and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform plumbing installations on multifamily and commercial projects.
  • Execute underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish work.
  • Coordinate with other trades to prevent conflicts.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on all tasks.
  • Verify code compliance through testing and inspections.
