Power Design, Inc. is looking for a skilled Plumber to join our team in Midland, Texas. The successful candidate will perform plumbing installations on multifamily and commercial projects and ensure code compliance under the guidance of the Plumbing Foreman.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• Three or more years of plumbing experience required.
• Knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and construction safety requirements preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

PLUMBER

Under the supervision of the Plumbing Foreman, this person is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant plumbing installations across our large-scale projects. With a clear growth path into Foreman or Manager overseeing our dynamic builds, the sky is the limit!

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations on multifamily and commercial construction projects
• Learn and perform all scopes of plumbing work, including underground, rough-in, top‑out, and finish
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure project success
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all tasks and installs
• Ensure code compliance by testing, inspecting, and verifying all systems and connections

Qualifications

• Must have an active Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• Three or more years of plumbing experience
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
• A motivated team player with a strong work ethic
