Job summary

Power Design Resources in Midland, TX is seeking a Plumber for Field Operations. You will install plumbing systems on multifamily and commercial projects under the Plumbing Foreman, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.

This role offers a clear growth path into Foreman or Manager positions across our national plumbing teams. A Journeyman or Master Plumber license and 3+ years of experience are required; OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
• Three+ years of plumbing experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IPC and local codes and safety requirements.

About The Position

Under the supervision of the Plumbing Foreman, this person is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant plumbing installations across our large-scale projects. With a clear growth path into Foreman or Manager overseeing our dynamic builds, the sky is the limit!

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Must have an active Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• Three or more years of plumbing experience
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
• A motivated team player with a strong work ethic
