Job summary

Service Champions is seeking skilled and motivated plumbers to join our Bay Area Service Team with the San Jose Service Center. As a Plumber, you will conduct water heater flush calls, diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning, and use the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts from the truck.

You will set leads and sell Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs, collaborating with the sales team to move leads to larger projects while

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven plumbing experience including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
• Knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.
• Familiarity with Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships is a plus.

• Maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and advancements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
