Job summary

Service Champions is seeking an Entry Level Plumber to join our Livermore team, delivering top customer service and solving sewer and drain problems. You will receive world-class, paid technical training at Champions University and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The successful team member will have knowledge of residential water heater flush and plumbing inspection concepts.
• The ideal candidate will work efficiently with great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
• Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime; hourly, non-exempt, at-will position.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct routine home plumbing inspections and water heater flushes.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on water heaters and ensure proper water flow.
• Perform minor repairs and installations.
• Review Position Agreement for monthly expectations.
• Lead setting for Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals and Home Re-pipe jobs.
• Complete tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards and city plumbing requirements.
• Perform diagnostic repair service calls per company standards.
• Serve clients by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, and resolving problems.
• Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering components, and performing acceptance tests.
• Cooperate with other departments to improve process and flow of information.
• Keep company tools, vehicle, and equipment clean and up to date.
• Document work in accordance with company procedures for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain ongoing training to update knowledge of plumbing and industry standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance; adhere to core values and purpose.

The successful team member will have a thorough knowledge of residential water heater flush and plumbing inspection concepts. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional communication skills, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the functionality of water heaters by performing routine inspections, flushes, and ensuring proper residential water flow. This is an hourly, non-exempt, at-will position, with additional earning incentives. This is a full-time position with overtime. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
