Job summary

Service Champions is seeking skilled Plumbers to join our Bay Area Service Team at the San Jose Service Center. You will perform water heater flush calls, diagnostics, safety audits and drain cleaning, while leveraging Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts from the truck.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven plumbing experience including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
• Knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; sales exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform water heater flush calls, diagnostics, plumbing safety audits and drain cleaning.
• Sell parts directly from the truck using Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships.
• Set leads and sell Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals and Home Re-pipe jobs.
• Collaborate with sales to transition leads to larger projects.
• Maintain safety protocols and accurate service records.
• Participate in ongoing training and provide excellent customer service.
