Service Champions is seeking skilled plumbers to join our Bay Area Service Team at the Livermore Service Center. You will conduct Water Heater flush calls, diagnostics, safety audits, and drain cleaning, while leveraging Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck.

You’ll set leads for Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs, driving growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls.
• Utilize the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck.

Service Champions is seeking skilled and motivated Plumbers to join our dynamic Bay Area Service Team with the Livermore Service Center. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for conducting Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls. The role also involves leveraging the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck. Additionally, Service Plumbers play a crucial role in setting leads or selling Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

• 10% commission on parts sold directly from the truck.

What Will I do?

• Perform Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls with utmost precision and efficiency.


• Utilize the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck to customers.


• Set leads and sell Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs.


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process for larger projects.


• Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines during all plumbing tasks.


• Maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.


• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and advancements.


• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.

Do I have What it Takes?

• 2+ yrs proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.


• Excellent knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.


• Familiarity with Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships is a plus.
